Cancelations

You may cancel an appointment up to two (2) hours prior to that appointment occurring without any penalty to you. This may be accomplished by logging into your account on this web site or by calling our business. Unless there are extenuating circumstances and you cancel less than two (2) hours from your scheduled appointment time OR you are not at your appointment location you will be responsible for 100% of the total service fee.

Service Termination

We are providing the highest quality of therapeutic massage services that we know how and in doing so we must take into account information you have provided. If during the course of a session further information is disclosed that we feel in our professional opinion negatively affects the work being received then your session will be terminated immediately. Please disclose as much medical information as you can reasonably recall on the health intake in order to minimize this possibility.

Further, we are providing therapeutic massage services as defined by the State of New York, and are in no way providing sexual services of any nature. If at any time the technician feels inappropriate dialog, comments, suggestions, or actions are either being made or implied then we reserve the right to terminate your appointment immediately. You will be responsible for the full price of the scheduled services.

It may be necessary from time to time for us to modify this appointment policy due to business or changes in privacy-related laws, regulations, and industry standards. Accordingly, we reserve the right to change this appointment policy at any time, without notice to you, by posting the revised policy on this web site. Information will be handled according to the appointment policy in effect at the time the information is used. Your continued use of this web site following the posting of changes to these terms, will mean you accept those changes.
